1. What you are buying

All products on https://pentraex.store are digital goods — PDF books, audio, video, and bundles of the same. Nothing physical is shipped. A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own study; it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the material to you.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by SSLCommerz, a licensed payment services provider covering bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and major debit and credit cards. Your card and mobile-wallet details are handled entirely by SSLCommerz and never touch our servers. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are read from our database at checkout — they cannot be altered by the buyer.

3. Access and delivery

Access is granted automatically once payment is confirmed by the gateway, normally within a minute. You will also receive an email with a one-click link into your library. Access does not expire unless stated otherwise on the product page.

4. Acceptable use

Content is for your personal use. Redistributing, reselling, or publicly re-sharing any file or Google Drive link you receive is not permitted and may result in your access being revoked without a refund.
