What we collect

To process an order we collect your name, email address, and phone number. Payment details (card or mobile-wallet numbers) are collected and processed directly by SSLCommerz — we never see or store them.

How we use it

Your details are used to create your account, deliver access to what you purchased, send your receipt and access link, and respond if you contact support. If Google Drive sharing is enabled for a product, your email is used to grant you view access to the relevant Drive folder.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your details with anyone except the payment processor (SSLCommerz) needed to complete your order, and Google (only for the Drive folder you were granted access to, only if that feature is enabled).

Data retention

Order and account records are kept for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your account details at any time by emailing support@pentraex.store. Deleting your account will also remove your future access to purchased content, so we will confirm with you first.
