Terms and conditions
1. What you are buying
All products on https://pentraex.store are digital goods. Nothing physical is shipped. They fall into four kinds:
- Books and PDFs — read online in your library, or downloaded.
- Recorded courses — streamed, or opened in a Google Drive folder.
- Design assets — fonts, mockups, vectors, textures, stock images and scripts, delivered as files or as a Drive folder.
- GIS and remote-sensing data — rasters, shapefiles and project files, delivered as files or as a Drive folder.
2. What you may do with it
Unless the product page says otherwise, a purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content yourself. It does not transfer ownership or copyright, and it never includes the right to resell, redistribute, sub-license or share the files.
Where a product states its own licence, that licence governs. Design assets and datasets each carry a Licence line on their product page and on your receipt — for example "personal and commercial use, no resale", or "research and commercial use with attribution". Read it before you buy; it is the exact scope of what you are paying for, and it overrides this general clause.
Where a dataset originates with a third party (for example ESA Copernicus, NASA or a government agency), that origin is named on the product page and the original provider's terms and attribution requirements continue to apply alongside ours.
3. Payment
Payment is made by mobile financial service — bKash, Nagad or Rocket. You send the amount shown at checkout to 01919500780 from your own account and then enter the transaction ID. We do not ask for, receive, or store your PIN, your card details, or any wallet credentials; the only payment information we hold is the transaction ID and the mobile number you sent from, which we use solely to match the transfer against our account.
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are read from our database at checkout — they cannot be altered by the buyer.
4. Access and delivery
Because transfers are confirmed by hand, access is not instant. We check each transaction ID against our account and switch your access on once it matches — usually within a few hours during Sunday - Thursday, 10am - 6pm (Bangladesh Standard Time). If something looks wrong we contact you on the number or email you gave at checkout rather than silently rejecting the order.
You will receive an email with a one-click link into your library. Access does not expire unless stated otherwise on the product page.
5. Acceptable use
Content is for your personal use. Redistributing, reselling, or publicly re-sharing any file or Google Drive link you receive is not permitted and may result in your access being revoked without a refund.

7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version on this page always applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
